Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and internal communication.
Use maps and routing tools to assign the most efficient routes and service areas.
Track technician progress, adjust schedules, and communicate changes as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and update job information in ServiceTitan.
Collaborate with technicians, customers, and leadership to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience using ServiceTitan (required or highly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read maps and understand geographical service zones.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
