What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at AppleOne?
We are hiring a Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper sign-in procedures and issue badges as needed.
*Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate departments (production, warehouse, admin).
*Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and incoming mail with warehouse or receiving teams.
*Support scheduling of meetings, conference rooms, and interviews.
*Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
*Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
*Ensure the reception and front office areas are clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualifications:
*1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience.
*Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
