Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Construction) for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Longmont, CO. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across teams, and helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion to help ensure schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Assist project managers with project planning, documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, project milestones, and other key construction activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, reports, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to management.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
