Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator-Construction for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a construction company in Boise, ID. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys supporting project teams, coordinating schedules, and keeping construction operations running smoothly.
As a Project Coordinator-Construction, you will work closely with the Project Manager, field technicians, Sales, and Field teams to help manage documentation, materials coordination, reporting, and customer information. This is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry with a team-focused environment, supportive leadership, and exposure to project coordination, safety administration, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and field technicians with scheduling, documentation, project updates, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain the general order number log, job loading information, delivery dates, and related project records.
- Prepare Project Construction manuals and ensure required project information is accurate, organized, and available to internal teams.
- Coordinate material deliveries to job sites based on project timelines and manpower availability.
- Communicate project-related information to Sales, Field, customers, and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Assist with the Region Safety Program, including OSHA report preparation and compilation of reports.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
