We’re seeking a Program Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Community Supports (CalAIM) program. This role is central to ensuring smooth service delivery, strong vendor partnerships, and operational excellence across teams.

What You’ll Do
Program Operations & Leadership
• Oversee daily Community Supports operations from referral ? service completion
• Support staff with workflow guidance, issue escalation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain procedures, tools, and operational consistency
• Partner across teams to streamline service delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements
Vendor & Community Partnership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers
• Support vendor onboarding, training, and ongoing communication
• Ensure vendors understand program requirements and expectations
• Help expand and strengthen the provider network
Compliance & Billing
• Ensure alignment with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, and internal standards
• Support documentation accuracy and compliance
• Oversee billing workflows and accuracy
• Assist with audits and quality improvement initiatives
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Track program performance and share insights with leadership
• Communicate updates and operational changes
• Support workflow redesign and program enhancements
What You Bring
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Public Health, Human Services, Business, or related) OR equivalent experience
• 3 years in program operations, healthcare, or social services
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, CalAIM, or Community Supports
• Experience leading or supervising teams
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with process improvement or operations redesign
• Familiarity with Managed Care Plans or LTSS
