Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center)
Onsite | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced healthcare call center supporting medical providers and patients. If you have call center experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a structured environment, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to medical offices and healthcare providers to follow up on diagnostic reports
Track, document, and manage report requests to ensure timely turnaround
Review and verify medical records and diagnostic reports for accuracy and completeness
Confirm patient information (name, DOB, study type) and ensure correct procedures were completed
Distribute finalized reports to adjusters, physicians, and authorized parties
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
Provide professional, high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
1 year of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
Experience working with medical terminology, medical records, or healthcare documentation is a plus
Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable handling high call volume and administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
