Patient Services Representative Tustin / Santa Ana, CA

With over two decades of specialized experience, Dr. Abraham and our team focus on conservative dentistry, patient education, and non-invasive solutions for sleep and TMJ related concerns in a personalized, high standard setting.
This is a Full Time, on site role in Tustin / Santa Ana. You will manage scheduling, patient records, insurance verification, and a smooth check-in experience. You will communicate with patients by phone and in person, handle questions with confidence and warmth, and support daily administrative systems that keep the office running at a high level.
Qualifications
• Dental front office experience is a must
• Strong appointment scheduling and phone etiquette
• Insurance verification experience and comfort with basic medical terminology
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow through
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
