Part-Time Medical Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a patient-focused medical office in Columbia, SC. Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and provide a professional, welcoming front desk experience.
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, take messages, and assist patients with general questions.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately.
- Collect copays, outstanding balances, and other patient payments.
- Assist with basic billing tasks and payment processing.
- Verify patient information, maintain accurate records, and follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Columbia, SC 29223.
- Consistent part-time daytime schedule.
