We are hiring an Order Processing Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Summary:
We are hiring an Order Processor CSR to support customer accounts, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and inside sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with experience in order processing, ERP systems, CRM software, inventory management, and manufacturing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate shipments.
* Track orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
* Manage product sample requests and customer communications.
* Coordinate with factories regarding inventory, production updates, and order changes.
* Prepare quotes and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Process returns and RMAs while maintaining accurate ERP and CRM records.
* Generate reports and support distributor and sales-related activities.
Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service, order processing, account support, or inside sales.
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
