Duration: 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on business needs and performance
Schedule: Thursday - Monday.

- Weekday Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Weekend Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mail & Payment Processing Associate supporting lockbox operations in Tukwila, WA within a Fortune 500 company in the banking sector.

This role is ideal for candidates with lockbox, banking operations, payment processing, mail processing, or high-volume data entry experience who enjoy accuracy-focused work in a structured financial operations environment.

In this position, you will help process financial documents, balance lockbox transactions, and ensure payment information is entered accurately and on time. This is a strong opportunity to join a team-oriented operations environment with clear procedures, supportive collaboration, and potential for extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Process lockbox payments and related financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform high-volume 10-key data entry while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Review, verify, and process payment information, financial documents, and related records.
- Balance daily lockbox transactions and ensure work is completed within strict deadlines.
- Support mail handling, document preparation, and payment processing workflows as needed.
- Follow operational procedures, compliance standards, and company policies.
