IT Administrator

• We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented IT Administrator to be the backbone of our technology operations. • What You’ll Do
  *User Access Management: Administer accounts, permissions, and security groups across Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPN, and endpoint protection.
  *IT Support: Be the go-to contact for Tier 1–2 issues, resolving problems quickly and escalating when needed. *Systems Infrastructure: Troubleshoot, document, and standardize solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  *Asset Management: Procure, configure, and maintain devices, printers, and connected equipment while keeping accurate inventory.
  *Network Administration: Manage wired, wireless, and VPN access for office and plant users.
  *Security Compliance: Monitor antivirus, email filtering, and enforce IT policies to protect company data. *Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, recommend enhancements, and support new technology rollouts.
  
  
• What We’re LookingFor
  *Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  *Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)*
  *CompTIA A Certification preferred but not required
  *High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT preferred
  *2 years of IT support or systems administration experience
