INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter.

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will support customer accounts, process orders received by email and EDI, verify inventory, communicate shipment updates, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations accurately through internal systems, email, and EDI queues.
- Communicating with customers regarding pricing, product availability, order status, shipment updates, delays, backorders, and discontinued items.
- Setting up new customer accounts, maintaining existing account information, and supporting ongoing customer engagement.
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, production, shipping, operations, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitoring inventory availability, tracking delayed or missing shipments, and recommending product alternatives when needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing general clerical and administrative tasks as required.

- Pay Range: $24 to $26 per hour, DOE.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Bell Gardens, CA.
- Schedule: First 90 days (Training) Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After 90 days, choose an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
