We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process customer purchase orders and send order confirmations. * Manage sales promotions effectively. * Onboard new customers and maintain service for existing accounts. * Respond promptly to customer emails and service requests. * Provide accurate product pricing and availability details. * Notify customers of out-of-stock or discontinued items and recommend suitable alternatives. * Follow up on orders and communicate expected delivery dates. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
