We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced manufacturing / operations environment in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management who can operate both strategically and hands-on.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Partnership
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, production, and workforce planning
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
Support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing / production environment
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support operations and workforce needs
Employee Relations & Talent Management
Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
Coach managers on performance improvement, accountability, and team development
Payroll & HR Compliance
Support payroll processing and partner with payroll teams to ensure accuracy
Ensure compliance with California labor laws and multi-state employment regulations
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Performance Management & HR Analytics
Support performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development
Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and productivity to drive decisions
Identify workforce gaps and support organizational growth strategies
Qualifications – HR Business Partner (HRBP)
5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist roles
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or operations-driven environments preferred
Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, HR compliance, and labor laws
Experience with HRIS, ERP systems, and workforce planning tools
Proven ability to influence leadership and drive HR initiatives
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on execution
