Van Driver & Campus Support Associate – Bellevue, WA Pay: $27–$30/hr DOE | Full Benefits | Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm We’re hiring a reliable, safety-focused individual to support our campus with a mix of student transportation, security patrols, and light facilities work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and is committed to maintaining a safe, positive environment. Top Requirements Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (no DUIs/reckless driving; fewer than 3 moving violations in 3 years — no CDL required) Ability to patrol buildings/grounds and respond to alarms or disturbances 1–2 years of experience in security, facilities, or a related field preferred What You’ll Do Van Driving Operate passenger vans (up to 14 riders) Transport grades 5–12 on set routes Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs Campus Support Patrol campus, parking lots, and buildings Monitor entrances/exits and camera feeds Deter misconduct and support campus safety Facilities Support Perform light maintenance tasks Assist with event setup/breakdown Report hazards or facility issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years in security, facilities, or similar roles preferred 5 years driving experience with a clean record CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Ability to walk campus grounds, lift 50 lbs, and work indoors/outdoors Must pass background check and fingerprinting Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid meals, and more.
