Must Live In CALIFORNIA - FULLY REMOTE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Distance Learning Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of virtual meetings, trainings, and online events. This role works closely with project teams to coordinate logistics, manage registrations, provide technical support during live sessions, and ensure a smooth experience for presenters and participants.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings, trainings, and online events
Manage event registration, communications, calendar invitations, and reminders
Provide technical support to presenters and participants during live sessions
Upload and organize session materials, media, and resources
Troubleshoot platform issues and support virtual learning tools
Prepare post-event reports and manage session recordings
Stay current on updates to distance learning platforms and tools
Qualifications
2 years of experience supporting virtual events, trainings, or distance learning programs
Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or live streaming tools
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred
Experience with polling tools, accessibility support (ASL or translation), or 508 compliance
Basic formatting or graphic design skills
