Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Order Processing Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company focused on quality products, reliable service, and strong customer relationships. The Customer Service Order Processing Representative will serve as a key contact for customers while partnering closely with production, shipping, logistics, purchasing, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately using ERP systems from order entry through shipment.
- Review purchase orders, pricing, product availability, shipping requirements, and order documentation for accuracy.
- Provide customers with order confirmations, estimated ship dates, tracking details, delivery updates, and order status information.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, freight providers, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Monitor open orders and proactively resolve issues affecting production, fulfillment, shipment, or delivery timelines.
- Maintain customer records, generate reports, and support inventory, order tracking, returns, and account management activities.
