Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy at every stage
Partner closely with the sales team to support order processing and customer needs
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and product availability
Track product movement and provide shipping and delivery updates
Resolve order issues and ensure completion with full follow-through
Maintain and update customer records, order details, and tracking information in internal systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep orders on track
Confirm delivery and ensure customer satisfaction post-fulfillment
Qualifications
3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales support
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with multiple systems or ERP platforms
A strong sense of ownership and accountability in your work
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments is a plus
