Bookkeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for an opportunity in Woodland, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning the full-cycle bookkeeping process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end close activities.

The Bookkeeper will play a key role in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger reconciliation, tax filings, cash management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

- Manage payroll functions accurately and on time, including payroll tax submissions.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current.
- Perform accounts payable functions, including weekly and monthly cash requirement projections.
- Support cash management activities, including POS reconciliation to QuickBooks, deposits, and banking duties.
- File and pay applicable State, City, and County sales and revenue taxes.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting data.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour.
- Location: Woodland, CA.
