Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Associate to support a busy operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth processing of documents and routine transactions while helping maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Tracking
- Retrieve and organize completed forms from vendors’ websites for processing.
- Upload and maintain accurate records within designated folders and systems.
- Create and update service requests to ensure accurate tracking of activity.
Operational & Transactional Support
- Assist with processing service requests across various departments, including but not limited to basic money movement transactions and account maintenance activities.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the operations team.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional and discreet handling of confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an operations or administrative support role, preferably in the financial or banking industry
