We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a Risk Management team in Martinez for an urgent 4–6 week project. This position is primarily focused on high-volume document scanning and accurate data entry in a Workers’ Compensation/Liability environment. The right person is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive work while maintaining strong accuracy.

• Perform high-volume scanning, labeling, and organizing of documents
• Support Workers’ Compensation, Liability, or Loss Control administrative workflows
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper files
• Operate copier/scanner and other standard office equipment
• Use Microsoft Office and basic office software to track and complete tasks
• Follow directions, work collaboratively, and meet daily productivity/accuracy expectations
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience in a Workers’ Compensation, Liability, or Loss Control team/department.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using copier/scanner equipment and handling document workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
• Flexible and able to take direction
• Available to interview and start right away
