Reports to: Production Engineering Department Manager / Service Department Manager
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing testing processes to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability across various hardware and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies
Design and manage software download, pre-burn, run-in, and post-burn test processes
Define and develop test equipment and fixtures
Document test procedures, results, and analysis
Write error reports and maintain test specifications
Manage configuration of test suites
Provide training and support related to testing processes
Verify new tests and customer bundles prior to deployment
Top Qualifications (Must-Have)
2–4 years of experience in product testing (functionality, quality, and reliability)
Strong experience with hardware/software testing, preferably in integrated circuit devices with software components
Proficiency in programming and systems: C/C , Unix, and network-based testing environments
Solid understanding of operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X)
Ability to independently own tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (preferred)
