In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, developing client relationships, and helping businesses find the right employees to achieve their goals. What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and skills assessments
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent across various industries
Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Client Development & Relationship Management
Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone outreach, networking, and business development activities
Understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
Conduct client visits and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction
Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships
Account Management & Administrative Functions
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
Track recruiting, sales, and activity metrics
Prepare employment-related documentation and onboarding materials
Collaborate with team members to meet branch and company goals
