Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger transactions
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience (industry or public)
- Familiarity with GAAP and accounting principles
- Strong Excel and accounting system skills
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
