A growing public accounting firm in the Thorofare/West Deptford, NJ area is seeking a Senior Accountant for a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent role for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of public accounting experience, strong corporate and business tax preparation skills, and a desire to work directly with clients as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporate, business, partnership, and related tax returns.
- Analyze general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial statements, workpapers, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Manage client relationships and communicate accounting and tax matters clearly and professionally.
- Research and resolve accounting, tax, and financial reporting questions.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on client engagements and ongoing advisory needs.
- Base salary: $100,000 to $135,000 per year, with up to $140,000 for top talent.
- 20% commission on collected revenue from new client business.
