Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support the administration of global television content distribution and digital sales operations. This role is responsible for coordinating licensing activities, administering output deals, tracking contractual obligations, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and international teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of digital content agreements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While experience in the television or entertainment industry is beneficial, we are also looking for candidates who are eager to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of their work.
Team Environment
You will join a collaborative team of five professionals and work closely with an experienced team member who will provide training and ongoing support. Team members are encouraged to work independently, ask questions, and contribute proactively while supporting one another to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer television content output deals across designated international territories.
- Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry within the SAFE database, maintaining information related to licensing agreements, deals, air dates, and broadcast data.
- Process and track Electronic Sell-Through (EST) licenses and pricing information.
- Enter and maintain deal information in internal systems, including the SAFE database and future business systems.
- Coordinate internal deal approvals and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Send legally binding contractual notices and reports to clients in accordance with agreement requirements.
- Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Research distribution rights and confirm product eligibility for television licensing agreements.
- Partner with domestic and international television teams to verify territory availability and product release dates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Distribution teams to coordinate product delivery and permissible shipping dates.
- Maintain territory-specific air date tracking grids and licensing records.
- Prepare and process international and domestic EST licensing reports and other operational reports.
- Support Excel-based projects, including creating uploads, preparing launch lists, and maintaining reporting data.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and provide administrative support to the Sales Administration team.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret legal agreements or willingness to learn.
- Experience working with contracts, licensing, rights management, or media administration.
- Familiarity with television distribution, digital content licensing, or the entertainment/media industry.
- Understanding of content availability ("avails") and product windowing, or the ability to quickly learn these concepts.
- Experience learning and working within new databases or enterprise systems.
- Experience with high-volume data entry and reporting.
