Attorney Recruiting Coordinator
Salary: $60,000-$70,000
Location: Miami, FL 3313
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (No Remote Work)
A full-service law firm serving clients locally, nationally, and internationally, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our Miami office. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and enjoys building relationships, coordinating complex hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attorney Recruiting:
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews for lateral attorney candidates across all firm of fices.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate information throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with senior recruiting team members regarding lateral hiring needs and open positions.
- Manage search firm fee agreements and documentation through DocuSign.Collect, track, and distribute interview feedback to key stakeholders.
- Maintain recruiting databases, candidate files, and records within iManage and related systems.Post job openings on the firm's website and external job boards.
Law Student Recruitment:
- Support all aspects of law student recruiting, including application review, on-campus interviews, callback coordination, and offer processes.
- Coordinate with law school career services offices and student applicants.
- Manage registrations for recruiting events, networking receptions, and resume collections.
- Assist with planning and execution of the firm's summer associate program, including orientation, training sessions, work assignments, and social events.
Recruiting Operations & Events:
- Welcome and escort candidates during onsite interviews in the Miami office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and interview logistics as needed.
- Assist with recruiting events, vendor management, and venue coordination.
- Process recruiting department invoices and administrative documentation.
- Participate in regional legal recruiting organizations and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services organization.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong client service mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably viRecruit.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Prior experience supporting attorney recruiting, law student recruiting, or professional services talent acquisition.
