TITLE: Industrial Parts Counter Sales Representative
ABOUT THE JOB:
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Counter Representative to deliver exceptional service and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations of industrial products.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payments with care
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain inventory levels and keep the sales area organized and inviting
- Comfortable standing most of the shift as well as bending, pulling stock, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer support capacity within an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally in sales and product knowledge of manufacturing safety equipment, industrial gases/supplies and more.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale, CRM and sales reporting software and tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Math skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Attention to detail and skillful multi-tasking
- Professional communication skills
