What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and provide a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to check-out
Schedule and confirm appointments, with a focus on surgical procedures
Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorizations and paperwork
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
What They’re Looking For:
2 years of medical front office or administrative experience
Prior experience in a surgical or specialty medical office strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Comfortable working in EMR systems and multitasking in a busy office
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
