We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who is ready to step into a high-impact role with real influence, autonomy, and future ownership potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage land surveying projects from kickoff through completion
• Lead and coordinate field crews and office staff
• Review and oversee boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
• Prepare and/or review legal descriptions, parcel maps, and Records of Survey
• Ensure high standards through QA/QC review and technical oversight
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, municipalities, and internal teams
• Mentor and support junior survey staff
• Help drive operational excellence and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License – required
• Strong experience in project management and survey operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of boundary analysis, mapping, and land development projects
• Experience with municipal and/or private development projects
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
• A survey professional who is interested in leadership, long-term growth, and making an impact
