If you excel at getting in front of decision-makers and turning cold outreach into booked meetings, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a driven appointment setter who thrives on high activity, sharp messaging, and consistently filling the calendar for our Outside Sales team.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be the engine behind our sales pipeline—creating opportunities and fueling growth across the Front Range.
Execute 200 daily outbound touches (calls, email, direct mail, digital outreach) across diverse industries—offices, medical, education, fitness, restaurants, and more
Build and run targeted cold nurture campaigns that convert prospects into qualified opportunities
Use tools like ZoomInfo, Spotio, and CRM platforms to identify, track, and prioritize prospects
Conduct effective needs-based qualification to ensure strong fit for commercial cleaning services
Schedule 2 qualified site visits per day for Outside Sales
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data to support pipeline visibility and follow-through
Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and campaign performance
What You Bring
1–2 years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)
Proven ability to hit high activity targets and convert to meetings
Strong phone presence and clear, persuasive written communication
Experience with CRM and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Spotio, or similar)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable—you manage your day and your results
Bonus: Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or service-based sales
