🔨 What You'll Be Doing
🚀 Lead Construction Operations
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites.
- Drive projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Ensure exceptional workmanship and quality on every project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project activities.
🦺 Champion Safety & Quality
- Promote a culture where safety is always the top priority.
- Identify and proactively solve project risks before they impact schedules.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and quality requirements.
- Deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
📅 Plan & Execute
- Support preconstruction planning and scheduling.
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
- Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure projects remain on budget and aligned with contract requirements.
👷 Build Winning Teams
- Mentor, coach, and inspire field personnel.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and executive leadership to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
✔️ 15 years of construction experience
✔️ Proven success leading large, complex commercial construction projects
✔️ Strong field leadership and scheduling expertise
✔️ Experience in Healthcare, Aviation, Sports, Public, or Municipal construction is a huge plus!
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management technologies
