About the Role
This position serves as a key leadership role within our professional, client-focused construction team. As a site-based superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring subcontractors perform to expectations, and maintaining strict adherence to project quality standards and timelines. A minimum of five years of verifiable experience as a lead superintendent is a must, along with proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills—both written and verbal. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can represent our company’s commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and seamless, user-friendly project experience.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are managed to ensure safety, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead daily safety and tailgate meetings, maintain accurate daily logs and reports, and manage on-site inventory control. Effective communication with clients, client representatives, property staff, subcontractors, and internal team members will be essential to maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment. You will also interpret and manage construction plans, specifications, and internal project documents to ensure alignment with project goals and schedule milestones.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable construction professional with a solid background in both new construction and renovation for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and great interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a teachable attitude. We value individuals who show respect for clients, team members, subcontractors, and property staff. A person who desires to meet or exceed client expectations. Attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive mindset are essential. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of iPhone/iPad is highly preferred. A valid Florida Driver’s License and a social security number are required. along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
