Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and manage incoming calls with excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars for maximum efficiency
- Backfill canceled appointments to optimize patient care availability
- Verify and update patient insurance information in the EMR system
- Process medical records requests in compliance with policies
- Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support quality assurance and corporate compliance standards
- Assist with financial reviews and patient balance communication
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working as a contractor with the goal of long-term growth
