Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Firm Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal office administration, preferably with experience in Property Loss and Personal Injury law. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
- Office Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency in the office.
- Client Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Billing and Accounting : Perform accoutning functions as needed including billing, preparation of financial statements, management of reports and collections for the firm.
- Human Resources : Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new staff members. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Compliance and Record Keeping : Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring confidentiality and security of all client and firm data.
- Technology Management : Oversee the firm's case management software, ensuring all relevant case information is entered and updated accurately.
- Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, document filing, and other clerical tasks.
