This role provides support to In-House Counsel , handling real estate transactions, contract management, insurance compliance, and corporate governance matters . The ideal candidate should have :
5 years of experience in real estate transactions (law firm experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of title commitments, leases, surveys, and contract preparation
Experience in corporate governance and entity management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and DocuSign
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives and third parties
