Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support daily service operations. This role involves handling customer calls, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
Create and manage dispatch tickets for incoming service calls
Provide professional and timely communication to customers
Dispatch Support
Assist with dispatch functions during dispatcher absences (lunch, breaks, or time off)
Coordinate technician schedules and service routes as needed
Administrative Support
Maintain and update customer information in the database
Process service invoices and documentation
Manage membership records and databases
Handle warranty parts returns and related tracking
Qualifications
Familiarity with the Shreveport / Bossier City area
Strong computer skills, including Google Maps or GPS tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
