Location: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS) required
Experience ensuring data quality, compliance, and structured data usage
Experience working with dashboards, master data, and MS Office tools (Excel required)
Familiarity with low-code tools and troubleshooting software solutions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or agriculture
Certifications in digital tools and/or Agile project management
Experience with Microsoft tools: MS Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics, Power Platform
Portuguese language proficiency (a plus)
