Key Responsibilities:
- Support full cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and required documentation
- Assist with benefits enrollment, employee questions, and vendor coordination
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and basic employee relations matters
- Support performance management processes and training coordination
- Assist with payroll changes, status updates, and compliance reporting
- Help plan employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Ensure HR processes follow company standards and legal requirements
- Current Washington State residency
- 2 or more years of HR generalist, HR coordinator, or related HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR practices, documentation, and compliance basics
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow through
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS systems
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Bothell
- Experience in a corporate or multisite environment
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms, benefits processes, or performance systems
- Stable and professional work environment with supportive leadership
