IT Contracts Manager
Location: Hollywood, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Contracts Manager to support a large, complex organization by managing the full lifecycle of Information Technology contracts. This role sits within the IT Department and is responsible for overseeing all contract-related activities tied to technology goods and services, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering agreements
- Oversee a portfolio of contracts related to software, infrastructure, cloud services, and IT consulting
- Coordinate contract workflows across Purchasing, Legal, Risk Management, and IT departments
- Ensure contracts comply with business, legal, financial, and operational requirements
- Negotiate terms and conditions and support contract award recommendations
- Process contract modifications, renewals, and amendments to ensure continuity of services
- Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and key contract milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during contract negotiation and execution
- Assist in resolving contract-related disputes and issues
- Support IT leadership with cost analysis, forecasting, and value optimization across technology spend
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of procurement and contract documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of contract management experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT contracts
- Strong knowledge of IT contract types, including:
- SaaS and subscription licensing
- Cloud services
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Consulting and professional services agreements
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Proven ability to negotiate, interpret, and administer complex agreements
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and cross-functional coordination
Preferred Experience
- Lawson ERP experience
- Exposure to tools and frameworks such as:
- Microsoft Power BI
- ServiceNow (ITFM / ITAM)
- Oracle systems
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or COBIT
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

- Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required
