Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator provides administrative and contract support to the Project Management team, helping ensure projects are set up accurately, documentation is maintained, and billing processes are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new projects and ensure all required project information is accurately entered and maintained.
- Review subcontractor compliance documentation, including insurance certificates, required endorsements, and other supporting records.
- Prepare and process monthly billings, coordinating with Project Managers to confirm quantities and required billing information.
- Process subcontractor work order invoices by routing invoices to Project Managers for coding, receiving reviewed documents, creating new line items as needed, and posting entries.
- Prepare change order requests and time-and-material billings by gathering costs and entering billing information into the appropriate system.
- Manage lien release requests for subcontractors on each project, review submissions for accuracy or unusual items, submit documentation to owners by established deadlines, and update software records accordingly.
- Identify unusual items in subcontractor invoices and billings, escalate concerns to a supervisor when needed, and assist with researching resolutions.
- Taking meeting minutes, and able to oversee function and troubleshooting of standard technical equipment used for virtual and in-person meetings.

- Experience in contract administration or familiarity with legal documents and terminology is preferred.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
