Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from inception through completion
- Oversee submittals, procurement, and project documentation
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and track RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders
- Attend on-site meetings and provide regular project updates
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on track
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience (concrete preferred)
- 10-Hour OSHA Certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites
