Key Responsibilities
Source and manage subcontractors and vendors, including buyouts
Produce and update project schedules for clients
Schedule, attend, and document project meetings
Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders, maintaining logs for each
Update and maintain project drawings, specifications, and logs
Document punch list work and manage project closeout documentation
Plan and schedule preconstruction activities
Procure necessary resources and process subcontractor invoices
Invoice clients monthly and ensure quality control
Qualifications
Perform additional duties as required to support project completion
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial construction project coordination, administration, or management
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project; experience with MS Field Services/CRM is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication
Team player with ability to interact with senior management, clients, and vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate documentation
