Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle A/P, A/R and Payroll processes across multiple entities
- Prepare and issue invoices; track collections and resolve discrepancies
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end close process, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting support
- Maintain vendor files, W-9s, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns for multiple entities
- Coordinate payroll processing for employees across multiple states
- Validate timekeeping accuracy and payroll inputs
- Maintain personnel files, onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR records
- Process employee status changes and benefits updates in payroll & HRIS systems
- Support employment verifications, HR reporting, and process support
- Support ERP and system implementations or enhancements
- Assist in documenting and improving accounting and HR SOPs
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 4 years of work experience in accounting required; payroll experience preferred
- Must have prior ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Epicor, or similar)
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and comfort operating independently
