🎯 On-Target Earnings: Most Closing Advocates earn $80,000–$105,000 annually
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite for the first 6 months. Following successful onboarding and performance, employees may transition to a hybrid schedule of 1–2 days remote and 3–4 days in-office.

Trader Interactive is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Closing Advocate to serve as the driving force behind successful transactions. In this role, you'll act as the central coordinator between buyers, sellers, sales representatives, financial institutions, DMVs, and third-party vendors—ensuring every deal moves efficiently from a fully executed contract to a successful close.
This is more than an administrative role. As the "quarterback" of every transaction, you'll take ownership of multiple deals simultaneously, proactively remove obstacles, and directly influence successful closings. The more effectively you manage your deals, the greater your earning potential.

What You'll Do
Transaction & Closing Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between buyers, sellers, sales representatives, lenders, DMVs, and third-party vendors.
- Assist Closing Advocates in obtaining titles, lien releases, and all required transaction documentation.
- Monitor transaction timelines and proactively resolve issues that could delay closing.
- Follow up with banks and financial institutions regarding title and lien release status.
- Assist with duplicate title requests and coordinate requirements with DMV offices.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and validate DMV documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all required documents are collected before DMV processing.
- Review returned title work to confirm proper completion.
- Prepare completion packets and closing documentation.
- Assist with document notarization when required.
- Submit and track USCG paperwork via fax or email.
Operational Excellence
- Track all DMV submissions and maintain accurate records throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Process incoming USPS mail and assign documents to the appropriate deal files.
- Update deal notes, statuses, and workflow stages within company systems.
- Assist with quality control reviews and completion packet preparation.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure efficient and successful transaction management.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, sales support, transaction coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms and working within digital systems.
- Experience handling documentation, compliance processes, or customer-facing operations is a plus.
