The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to grow our client base, develop strong partnerships, and deliver top talent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, consultative sales, and performance-based earning potential.
You will have the autonomy to build your book of business while being supported by a collaborative, high-performance team.
A Day in the Life
Start your day at 8:30 AM with a team meeting designed for collaboration, idea-sharing, and setting the tone for a productive day. It is equal parts strategy, inspiration, and getting down to business.
From there, you take ownership of your day:
Build your pipeline by connecting with candidates and identifying top talent
Market your candidates to hiring managers, positioning them as solutions to real business needs
Conduct outreach, client calls, and meetings to generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with your team to refine strategy, share leads, and drive results
In the afternoon, you shift into relationship-building mode:
Attend networking events with organizations like the Chamber or MTSHRM
Meet with clients to discuss their strategic hiring needs and workforce goals
Strengthen partnerships that lead to long-term business growth
No two days look exactly the same, but every day is an opportunity to build relationships, create impact, and drive your own success.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
Generate job orders and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to placement
Match top talent to opportunities and guide both clients and candidates through the hiring process
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
Build and manage a pipeline of both clients and candidates to ensure ongoing success
