You’ll play a central role in shaping how Robinhood shows up in the world, leading 360° campaigns that span digital, social, experiential, and earned media.

- Lead Integrated Campaigns: Drive end-to-end campaign development—from insight to execution—across TV, social, podcasts, experiential, print, OOH, and more.
- Turn Insights into Action: Use data and research to inform creative and channel strategies that resonate with target audiences and maximize impact.
- Champion Innovation: Identify test-and-learn opportunities, build measurement frameworks, and optimize future campaigns.
- Elevate the Playbook: Standardize and improve campaign processes to enhance team efficiency and creativity.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of cultural and consumer trends, competitive shifts, and industry dynamics—and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Media, Research, Legal, Data Science, and Communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Experience: 4–6 years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
- Campaign Expertise: Proven success in high-visibility, multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Industry Insight: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and the financial services or tech landscape.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agency partners.
- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strategic Thinking: A track record of using insights and data to shape marketing strategy and drive business growth.
