Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience operating a press brake
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Solid knowledge of press brake machines and fabrication processes
- Understanding of press brake operation, maintenance, controls (manual/CNC), and load limits
- Experience with punches and dies
- Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, angle gauge, micrometers, square)
- Knowledge of different materials
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications
- Experience with machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of bending methods (air bending, bottom bending, coining)
- Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
