What You’ll Do
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and team performance
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in positions that align with client needs and candidate goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
- Partner with team members on business development initiatives, recruiting strategies, and account growth
- Coach, mentor, and support team members with training, development, and accountability
- Monitor branch activity, performance metrics, and operational goals
- Conduct proactive candidate marketing and networking to identify top talent
- Help create a positive, motivating, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workforce strategies, and operational standards
- Deliver a high level of professionalism, urgency, and customer service to both clients and candidates
