We are currently seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced and growing office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy setting where multitasking is essential.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview:
This role will serve as the front-line administrative support for the office and will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting with crew scheduling and workload coordination, filing, payroll entry, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-output environment.

- Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior administrative/front desk experience required
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Ability to multitask efficiently and stay organized in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
- Construction industry experience
